Ground Guard Solutions

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the general conditions that apply to Ground Guard Solutions estimates, approved work, project documentation and qualifying warranty coverage.

Project terms

Written scope comes first.

Estimates & Scope

Estimates are based on the visible conditions, information provided, access and scope known at the time of evaluation. The accepted written estimate, contract or project documentation identifies the work Ground Guard has agreed to perform.

Changes & Unforeseen Conditions

Hidden damage, buried services, structural conditions, access limitations or other conditions discovered after work begins may require a change in scope, scheduling or price. Material changes should be documented before additional work proceeds where reasonably possible.

Customer Access

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and identifying known utilities, restrictions, hazards or property conditions that could affect the work.

Payment

Payment amounts, deposits, progress payments and final payment requirements are governed by the applicable written estimate, invoice or contract.

Workmanship warranty

25-Year Waterproofing Workmanship Warranty.

Qualifying waterproofing work may include Ground Guard Solutions' 25-Year Workmanship Warranty only when that coverage is specifically stated in the applicable written estimate, contract, completion documentation or warranty document.

The workmanship warranty applies to covered installation work within the defined treated area and project scope. It does not automatically cover unrelated future water entry, structural movement, third-party work, misuse, lack of maintenance, changes to the property, severe weather, equipment failure or conditions outside the original qualifying scope.

Pumps, membranes, drainage products and other manufactured materials or equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are separate from Ground Guard workmanship coverage.

Project documentation

The written agreement controls.

If project-specific written terms differ from general information on this website, the signed or accepted project documentation governs the applicable scope, pricing, payment terms and warranty eligibility.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to groundguardsolutions@outlook.com or discussed before work is approved.
