Ground Guard projects

Real work. Real access challenges. Clear results.

This page is built for real before-and-after project stories. We will publish them as photos and verified project details become available—not stock-project claims.

Why Ground Guard

Experience and clear recommendations before review counts.

Ground Guard is building its public project and Google review history from the ground up. Until those verified reviews exist, the website focuses on what can be supported today: hands-on experience, defined service capability, clear scopes and written workmanship protection.

10+ Years Hands-On Experience

More than a decade of practical construction and waterproofing experience behind the work—not a claim that Ground Guard itself has been operating for 10+ years.

Practical Recommendations

We aim to recommend the work the property actually needs based on the water problem, foundation condition, access and project scope—not unnecessary add-ons.

10-Year Workmanship Warranty

10-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying waterproofing work. Written scope, eligibility, limitations and exclusions are provided with the applicable quote or contract.

Insurance-Related Documentation

For suitable damage-related work, Ground Guard can provide photos, scope notes and repair estimates for a homeowner to share with an insurer or adjuster. Coverage and settlement decisions remain with the insurer and licensed claims professionals.

Project warranty

What the 10-year promise means.

The warranty is intended to stand behind Ground Guard workmanship on qualifying waterproofing work for 10 years from the applicable completion date. It does not turn unrelated future water problems, equipment failures, structural changes or third-party work into Ground Guard workmanship claims.

The written agreement for each qualifying project will define exactly what is covered. Manufacturer warranties for pumps, membranes and other products remain separate where applicable.

What each project story will show

Useful proof, not just finished photos.

As Ground Guard builds its project library, each published case study will explain the conditions and work clearly enough for a homeowner to understand what was actually done.

Problem

Where water, cracking, drainage or access issues were showing and what the property owner needed addressed.

Access Challenge

Whether narrow side yards, fences, landscaping, structures or other conditions affected how the work could be reached.

Work Completed

The actual waterproofing, drainage, repair, excavation, cleanup or related scope Ground Guard completed.

Result

The completed condition, supported by real project photography and factual details rather than manufactured ratings or stock-project claims.

Insurance-related work

Documentation that a homeowner can send to an insurer or adjuster.

For suitable damage-related work, Ground Guard can document visible conditions, prepare repair scope notes, provide estimates and keep project photos or invoices that may help the homeowner communicate with an insurer.

Ground Guard does not decide whether a loss is covered and does not act as the policyholder’s claims adjuster. Coverage, settlement and claim decisions remain with the insurer and appropriately licensed claims professionals.

Customer feedback

Reviews are published only when they are genuine.

Ground Guard does not manufacture star ratings, review counts or customer quotes. Public feedback will be added only when it comes from real completed work and can be presented accurately.

Verified feedback only

Customer comments are used only when they come from an actual customer and Ground Guard has a reasonable basis to publish them.

No invented reputation claims

Until verified reviews exist, the website relies on service information, written scope, documented experience and qualifying workmanship protection instead of manufactured social proof.
